Hi, I’m Kim.

I support adults navigating life’s tougher transitions, like divorce, separation, and co‑parenting challenges. Many of the people I work with are dealing with high‑conflict situations or feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and find practical ways forward.

My style is warm, down‑to‑earth, and collaborative. I draw on extensive CBT training and trauma‑informed care to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, break unhelpful patterns, and build coping skills that actually fit their day‑to‑day life.

Before moving into private practice, I spent several years supporting individuals and families through trauma, gender‑based violence, and housing instability, experiences that continue to shape the care I offer today.

I offer free 15‑ to 20‑minute consultations so you can ask questions and get a feel for whether we’d be a good fit before starting therapy.
